Scope & Execution
- Team: 3 organizers (including a lead) for approx. 2 days (14-16 hours).
- Unpacking: Opening all cartons and luggage. No furniture assembly or TV mounting.
- Kitchen: Zoning cabinets (e.g., Breakfast, Spices), decanting dry goods, and vertical stacking for crockery.
- Wardrobe: Vertical file folding for drawers, color-coordinated hanging, and velvet tray setup for accessories.
- Bath & Utility: Categorization of toiletries, medicines, and laundry supplies.
Commercial Terms
- Product Costs: Service fee excludes cost of bins/hangers. Items purchased are charged at actuals + 10% handling fee.
- Donation: Includes removal of one car-load of items for charity.
- Sourcing: Time spent finding products is included in the fee.

Scope & Execution
- Team: 4 expert organizers for 3 full days to handle family-volume inventory.
- Kids Rooms: Categorizing toys, setting up low-height accessible systems, and book rotation zones.
- Master Suite: Vanity expiry checks, drawer dividers for innerwear, and heel-to-toe shoe arrangement.
- Utility: Creating a supermarket zone for backstock and conducting a walkthrough training for household staff.
Commercial Terms
- Labels: Comprehensive printed labeling for containers included.
- Product Costs: Service fee excludes storage products. Bins/baskets billed at actuals + 10% procurement fee.
- Consultation: Includes pre-move layout planning and editing support to decide what to keep.

Scope & Execution
- Team: 5-6 members for 4-5 days with potential founder supervision for key areas.
- Walk-In Closets: Boutique display for bags/shoes, gradient color coding, and preservation-grade handling for high-value garments.
- Chef’s Kitchen: Organization of wet vs. dry kitchens and styling of glass cabinets with risers.
- Whole Home: Includes mudroom, linen closets, and document sorting systems.
Commercial Terms
- Collaboration: Coordination with interior designers to optimize storage before move-in.
- Support: Includes a follow-up consultation after a few weeks to tweak systems.
- Product Costs: High-end organizers (acrylics, velvet) billed at actuals + 10% handling fee.
