Conceptualization Call: One 45-60 minute video consultation to understand family dynamics and VIP guests.
Run-of-Show: Collaboration with the Wedding Planner to finalize entry flows, cake cutting, and speech sequence.
Scripting: Creation of a semi-structured script balancing formal announcements with witty banter.

Event Execution

Grand Entry: Commentary for the couple's entry to ensure high energy.
Performance Management: Introducing family dance performances with personalized anecdotes.
Interactive Segments: Conducting 1-2 engagement activities (e.g., Shoe Game, Couple Trivia, Crowd Roasting) between dance sets.
Attire: Vishal performs in formal evening wear (Tuxedo/Blazer/Indo-Western).
Crowd Control: Managing speech durations and transitioning the crowd to the DJ floor.

Technical

Sound Check: Arrival 60 minutes prior to guest entry for mic and sound check.

Format A (Haldi/Pool Party): Execution of 3-4 games (e.g., Musical Tambola, Paper Dance, Tug of War) with roast-style commentary. Includes ice-breaking between bride and groom sides.
Format B (Baraat Procession): Leading the procession from the DJ truck or on-ground. Manages crowd energy and ritual flows (Baraat to Milni) for approx. 2 hours.

Game Props: Vishal advises on required props; procurement is handled by the client/planner.

Availability: Exclusive presence for all major scheduled events over two consecutive days.
Unified Narrative: Connecting events with callback references to build rapport across functions.
Wardrobe: 3-4 distinct looks to match the specific vibe of every function.

Event Coverage

Day 1: Hosting of Welcome Lunch/Sundowner (Informal/Games) and Sangeet Gala (Formal/Performance).
Day 2: Hosting of Haldi/Carnival, leading the Baraat Procession, and Varmala/Reception announcements.

Value Add

Vendor Liaison: Acts as the bridge between couple, planner, and DJ team across all events for cue management.

Terms

Exclusions: Price does not include Airfare (ex-Mumbai/Dubai) and Accommodation (Guest-level room). These must be provided by the client.
