My Story
Hey, I’m Ramya. Aatma means ‘soul’ and that’s what my studio is about. Pilates for me isn’t just moves, it’s about connecting with your inner self. Spent two years in Boulder, USA, learning the real deal. My studio feels like home, where I work one-on-one or with two folks at a time, keeping things slow, pure, and real. I’m into slow living and love sourcing stuff from Northeast India. Small rituals, big difference.
My Work
Classical Pilates Private & Duet Sessions - I teach classical pilates private sessions and duet classes using equipment like Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chairs.
Teaching, Not Just Instructing - I help you understand your body, so you get more out of pilates and stay safe wherever you go.
Challenging but Worth It - Pilates isn’t soft, it’s tough. If it feels easy, it’s not real pilates. You’ll feel the change.
Pilates for All - Everyone can do pilates. Golfers especially love it for hip stability and core strength.
Mind-Body Connection & Community - We use movement for strength, flexibility, and peace. It’s all about supporting each other’s wellness journey.
