Active recovery is key to our process. I use a combination of hands-on techniques like trigger point release and advanced technology like Hypervolt massage guns and Normatec compression to reduce soreness and accelerate healing.

Recovery isn't just about rest, it's about rebuilding a strong, resilient foundation. My programs focus on functional movements like split squats, deadlifts, and hip thrusts to correct imbalances and build the strength needed for long-term performance.

Core & Stability Training

A strong, stable core is the centerpiece of an injury-proof body. I integrate a variety of exercises, from planks and crunches to dynamic stability drills, to improve posture and protect your spine.

Mobility & Flexibility Routines

I focus on advanced stretching techniques that do more than just touch your toes. Using methods like PNF, ISO stretching, and resistance bands, we work to increase your functional range of motion for better movement quality.
