Scope of Engagement
- Duration: Hosting for a single segment (Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, or Engagement) lasting up to 4 hours.
- Arrival: On-site presence 60 minutes prior to start for sound check and DJ coordination.
- Language: Mix of Hindi, English, and conversational Punjabi suitable for Delhi weddings.
Entertainment & Games
- Game Execution: Planning of 3-4 interactive games (e.g., Pick the Product, Shoe Game, Tug of War, Dance-offs).
- Crowd Interaction: Active engagement duties including pulling guests to the dance floor and playful roasting.
- Prop Management: Arrangement of minor game props like ribbons or paper cups (Heavy props/prizes excluded).
Aesthetics
- Attire: Anchor provides own premium ethnic or Indo-western wear (Sarees/Lehengas).
- Vendor Sync: Coordination with the DJ for music cues during games and entries.
Exclusions
- Sound system, microphone, and DJ console.
- Script writing for family members.

- Format: Hosting for Corporate Meets, Product Launches, or Sports Tournaments (Padel/Pickleball).
- Scripting: Strict adherence to brand run-of-show (ROS) and seamless stage transitions.
- Tone: Professional demeanor with energetic fillers to maintain audience attention.
Pre-Event Work
- Briefing: One virtual or in-person briefing session (30-45 mins) to align on brand ethos.
- Protocol: Management of VVIP welcomes, lamp lighting ceremonies, and official votes of thanks.
On-Stage Execution
- Crisis Handling: Management of technical delays with impromptu interactions.
