It's a team effort.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/a22ed067-312d-4230-864a-5233567f5b68) ## About Meet Our Founders When you order a Zunch bowl, you aren't getting a generic salad. You are getting a recipe that has passed Dr. Sejal’s nutritional audit for macro balance and Chef Sahil’s taste test for bold, expressive flavours. We check every single ingredient—from the hydroponic greens to the house-made dressings—to ensure your lunch fuels your afternoon without the post-meal slump. ### Food with a Purpose Zunch was born out of a simple frustration: why does healthy food have to be so boring? We decided to change that. Dr. Sejal brings her expertise as a physiotherapist and obesity management specialist, focusing on gut health, inflammation, and energy levels. Chef Sahil brings the kitchen hustle, having fed everyone from cricket champions to busy office teams, with a focus on punchy textures and vibrant flavours. ### The Zunch Audit Every recipe you see on our menu goes through a rigorous process. It starts in the kitchen where Sahil experiments with global techniques—think Thai, Indian fusion, or Mediterranean-inspired bowls. Once the flavours are locked in, it moves to Sejal’s desk. She breaks down the macros, ensuring a healthy ratio of carbs, protein, fiber, and fats. If a bowl doesn't leave you feeling energized and satiated for 4-5 hours, it doesn't make the cut. ### Why Mumbai Chooses Us We know Mumbai is fast-paced. Whether you are working from a high-rise in BKC or managing a household in Sewri, you need food that works as hard as you do. We don't just deliver calories; we deliver consistent, fresh nutrition without the restriction. No hidden sugars, no weird preservatives, just farm-fresh ingredients prepped every morning in our Sewri kitchen and delivered to your doorstep. ## About Zunch We are Dr. Sejal and Chef Sahil, the duo behind Zunch. We believe that your daily lunch should be the highlight of your day, not a chore or a compromise. We are here to show you that eating clean in Mumbai can be full of flavour, fun, and zero guilt.
