You are getting a recipe designed by Dr. Sejal, a physiotherapist who understands what your body needs for sustained energy, and executed by me, Chef Sahil, using techniques I refined while cooking for professional athletes. We taste-test every single combination until it passes my flavor standards and her nutritional requirements, so you do not have to compromise on either. ### Why We Do It Most people think healthy catering means bland salads or uninspired boxes. We started Zunch to change that. I spent years in professional kitchens cooking for celebrities and the Indian cricket team, where nutrition was non-negotiable but flavor was expected. Sejal brought her experience with obesity management and hydroponic greens. We realized that the gap in the Mumbai food scene was exactly what we could fill: food that is genuinely good for you but feels a little hatke (different). ### The Zunch Approach Our kitchen in Sewri West operates on a simple philosophy. We do not do 'diet food.' We do food that is balanced, purposeful, and fresh. * **Chef-Driven Flavor:** My background in French pastry and culinary arts means every dressing, every grain mix, and every protein rub is balanced for texture and taste. We do not rely on excessive oil or salt to make things pop. * **Nutritional Logic:** Sejal ensures every bowl has the right macronutrient split. Whether it is our paneer bowls or high-fiber grain mixes, the components are there for a reason. * **Transparent Sourcing:** We use hydroponic greens and farm-fresh produce because we know the source matters as much as the preparation. ### Ordering for Your Event Whether you are hosting a house party or need office lunch catering, we take the stress out of feeding a crowd.
