Take a peek into how we design our bowls, source our greens, and keep things fresh for your busy days. ## Photos and videos - [Video: This is for busy days. This is for mindful eating. This is for you. It is a small, deliberate detail that ensures your hydroponic greens and grains stay crisp and flavorful from our kitchen in Sewri straight to your desk or event. At Zunch, we do not just toss vegetables in a bowl and call it a meal. Chef Sahil ensures the flavor profiles are robust, while Dr. Sejal verifies the nutritional balance—fiber, protein, and healthy fats in every portion. We source hydroponically grown greens and grains to ensure that what you eat is fresh and nutrient-dense, whether you are fueling up for a long workday or hosting a house party. We know the Mumbai hustle makes it hard to find food that leaves you feeling energized instead of weighed down. That is exactly why we started this. We provide catering that fits a modern lifestyle—neat, hygienic, and designed to look as good as it tastes. From large-format sharing tubs for office hangouts to individual gourmet bowls for team lunches, our goal is to take the fuss out of healthy eating. You get consistent quality, intelligent nutrition, and food that actually makes you feel good long after the last bite. ## About Zunch I'm Sahil, and I run the kitchen alongside Sejal, who keeps our nutrition on point. We aren't just catering, we're trying to prove that you don't need to choose between eating healthy and actually enjoying your food.
