## About Lash & Brow Studio

Most people think lashing is just about glue and lashes, but the real secret is the fan base. If your fan base is too thick, the weight will cause damage or make the lashes clump. I teach you exactly how to isolate a single natural lash and place a precise, thin fan so it looks seamless, lasts longer, and keeps the natural lashes healthy.

Lashing is a precision skill. It isn't just about sticking synthetic fibers onto natural hair; it is about respecting the anatomy of the eye and the growth cycle of the lash. In my workshops, we go beyond simple application. We start with the science of isolation and the importance of weight distribution. If you overload a fragile natural lash with a fan that is too heavy, the result is poor retention and eventual damage to the client’s lash line. 

My curriculum, designed in collaboration with Elleza, covers the full spectrum of lash artistry. We focus on:

* **Mapping & Design:** How to customize the lash shape to complement different face structures and eye shapes.
* **The 'Easy Fan' Technique:** Learning to create consistent, clean fans that reduce your application time and create a fuller look.
* **Sanitation & Safety:** The non-negotiable protocols for maintaining a sterile environment, including patch testing and aftercare guidance.

We don't just lecture. You will spend a significant portion of the workshop working on mannequins and live models under my supervision. This is where the muscle memory happens. Whether you are a freelancer looking to add a high-demand service to your menu or a salon owner scaling your business, my goal is to ensure you leave with the confidence to pick up your tweezers and start working immediately. When you learn here, you are not just getting a certificate; you are gaining a deeper understanding of the craft.
