I will show you how to redirect this energy by offering 'legal' shredding activities, like a cardboard box filled with treats, which saves your home while keeping your puppy mentally satisfied and calm. When we work on home manners, we do not just stop the behavior—we replace it with a productive outlet. A bored puppy is a mischievous one, and most 'bad' behaviors like counter-surfing or jumping on guests stem from a lack of mental stimulation or unclear boundaries. ### Why Good Manners Matter Training isn't about creating a robot that sits on command. It is about communication. My approach focuses on three pillars: * **Routine Setting:** Puppies thrive on predictability. We will establish a rhythm for meals, play, and rest that helps your puppy feel secure. * **Positive Redirection:** Instead of just saying 'no' to biting or chewing, we teach them what to do instead. We replace the shoe with a proper chew toy and provide 'legal' shredding outlets. * **Mental Enrichment:** Physical exercise is important, but mental exhaustion is the secret to a calm dog. We will introduce snuffle mats, puzzle toys, and nose-work games that tire them out far better than a long walk ever could. ### How We Work Together I know how exhausting the early days are. I have been there with my own dog, Zoey. My role is not to judge, but to give you a roadmap. We look at the 'why' behind the behavior, whether it is teething, over-excitement, or simple curiosity, and build a plan that fits your lifestyle.
