When I was struggling with Zoey's reactivity and anxiety, I wasn't looking for a robot that could sit on command. I was looking for a way to help her feel safe. That is exactly what I bring to your home—a focus on the 'why' behind the behavior, so you can stop managing the chaos and start building a real partnership. People often ask me why I'm so patient with 'difficult' dogs. The answer is simple: I’ve been there. Before I was a certified professional, I was just a stressed-out, overwhelmed dog mom to Zoey. During lockdown, she wasn't just 'wild'—she was reactive, sensitive, and had me in tears more times than I care to admit. That messy, beautiful journey turned into a lifelong obsession with understanding dog psychology. 'Zoella'—a blend of Zoey and Bella—is more than just a brand name; it’s a commitment to a complete, balanced life for your dog. While Zoey taught me the intensity of reactivity and the need for calm, my German Shepherd, Bella, showed me the joy of a playful partner who just 'gets it.' And then there was Chuppi, my first heart-dog, who taught me that even the most spirited puppy needs a gentle, patient mentor. His memory is a guiding force in every session I lead. When we work together, you aren't getting a drill sergeant. You're getting someone who knows the sting of a chewed-up shoe and the frustration of a walk gone wrong. My methods—whether we are working on separation anxiety, leash reactivity, or just teaching a solid 'place' command—are rooted in that same mix of science and lived empathy. We don't suppress behavior; we understand the root cause and guide your dog toward a better choice, one paw at a time. ## About Zoella Dog Training I'm Chaitra, and I’m a dog parent before I’m a trainer. My pack—Zoey, Bella, and my late Chuppi—are the real experts behind everything I do, teaching me that every tricky behavior is just a cry for understanding.
