I design these sessions to shift your energy, mixing intense sound healing therapy with grounding activities like our sacred fire ceremonies. It is a genuine chance to clear the mental clutter, reset your nervous system, and come back feeling lighter. These retreats are designed for people who feel a bit stuck, drained, or just need a serious pause button. When you are in the city, it is hard to find the quiet you need to actually hear yourself think, which is why I take us into the wild. We have hosted healing journeys in places like the jungles of Nainital and the valleys of Bir Billing, selecting these locations specifically for their ability to help you unplug. ### Why Sound Healing and Rituals? I integrate sound healing therapy using Tibetan singing bowls because the vibrations help move stagnant energy in a way that just resting on a couch cannot. It is science and soul combined. We pair this with fire ceremonies and guided meditation, which act as a physical release for the stress we carry. These aren't silent, stiff retreats. We talk, we share, and we support each other. ### What You Can Expect - **Deep Reset:** We combine active movement like Animal Flow or yoga with deep stillness. You will be tired in the best way possible. - **The Tribe Vibe:** You will be surrounded by people who are all there for the same reason: to recharge. It is a safe space, no judgment, just community. - **Nourishment:** The food is vegetarian and vegan, designed to keep you light but energized. We handle everything from the travel logistics to the accommodation, so you don't have to stress about planning.
