Whether you are signing up for Zumba Gold, Toning, or my high-energy BollyBeats sessions, you are learning with someone who has the official certifications and the four years of consistent practice to back it up. Being a licensed Zumba instructor is more than just a title. It is my commitment to running safe and effective classes. I maintain active certifications in Zumba Basic, Zumba Gold for seniors and beginners, Zumba Toning for muscle work, and Zumba Step. Every session follows standard safety protocols, ensuring you get a proper warm-up, a choreographed workout, and a cool-down. My training through the ZIN (Zumba Instructor Network) keeps me updated on new routines and music. It is why we can dance to such a wild mix of Latin, Arabic, and Bollywood hits without the classes ever getting stale. When you join my virtual dance floor, you are not just following random movements. You are following a structured, professional, and licensed routine designed to get you sweating and smiling. I treat my certifications as a tool to ensure everyone stays injury-free while having that 'bukhaar' dance fever experience. If you have been looking for an online class that balances strict fitness discipline with pure, unadulterated fun, these credentials are your assurance that I know exactly how to guide you. ## About Shabna Ramakrishnan I am Shabna, and I live for that dance fever. I have spent the last four years building a community that laughs as much as it sweats, and I keep my credentials fresh so you can just focus on having a blast.
