Our advanced training focuses on the mechanics that separate good skaters from great ones—perfecting race starts, road endurance sessions at Marine Drive, and mental conditioning. Whether your child is gearing up for the Nehru Yuva Kendra Championship or looking to build serious confidence, we ensure every athlete understands that true success comes from the discipline they build during daily practice. ### Building Champions, One Race at a Time For us, competition is the ultimate classroom. We don't just train skaters to win medals; we train them to handle the pressure, the losses, and the adrenaline of the track. Our students have gone on to achieve incredible feats, including Guinness World Records for 100m speed sprints, and have secured victories at prestigious events like the Nehru Yuva Kendra Mumbai Speed Skating Championship. ### Why Our Training Works We don't believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. Our approach is hands-on and tailored: * **On-Track & Off-Track:** We combine speed drills at venues like St. Mary’s ICSE Mazagon with essential dry-land conditioning. We use resistance parachutes and agility ladders to build the explosive power needed for racing. * **Real-World Experience:** Skaters in our advanced batches don't just stay on the rink. We take them for road rallies at Marine Drive and Ballard Pier, preparing them for the uneven surfaces and real-world conditions they'll face in professional meets. * **Supportive Environment:** 'Lahan mulana khup changlya prakare te shikavtat' (they teach young children very well) is something we hear often from parents. Whether it's a recreational fancy dress event or a high-stakes championship, we ensure kids feel supported, not just pushed. ### Preparing for the Future We keep our batches disciplined but fun. Whether your child is aiming for state-level selections or just wants to master the basics of inline skating, our doors are open. We focus on the journey—from that first fall to the eventual comeback—because that is where the real character is built. If you are serious about seeing your child develop into an athlete, come by for a session and watch them glide with confidence. ## About Zia's Academy I'm Zia, and for me, this academy has always been about building a family that rolls together. I started back in '89, and today, my son Afzal and I focus on turning effort into belief. We don't just teach skating; we raise champions who know how to handle the win, and more importantly, how to get back up after a fall.
