Our group classes are where you really find the spark, surrounded by people who support your goals rather than judging your progress. Whether you are aiming for weight loss, toning, or just need to blow off some steam after work, you will find a spot here that fits your vibe. We started Zest Fitness Studio because we wanted a place with no fakeness and no judging. Whether you are a beginner or someone who has been training for years, you are part of the family the moment you walk through our doors. We keep our community active with a massive range of group classes. From high-energy Zumba and Bolly-fit to strength-focused HIIT and Crossfit, there is always something going on. It is not just about the sweat, it is about the celebration. We regularly host challenges, dance-offs, and community events like our Onam celebrations because fitness is meant to be fun. We are here for the long haul with zero steroids and 100 percent real results. You can find us in neighborhoods across Bangalore including HSR Layout, Sarjapur, Electronic City, and Koramangala. We are open from 5 AM to 11:30 PM, seven days a week, so you can train whenever it fits your schedule. ## About Zest Fitness Studio We are the Zest family.
