I provide the signature three-tier stands, fine china, fresh floral centerpieces, and professional staff to pour tea and replenish platters. Whether you are hosting at home or a venue, my team ensures every detail—from the clinking of teacups to the arrangement of finger sandwiches—is taken care of, allowing you to actually engage with your guests instead of managing the service. ### A Personal Touch for Your Gathering When I cater a private party or a high tea soirée, I’m not just supplying food; I am building a scene. My service is designed to be an extension of the café experience I’ve built in Indiranagar, brought directly to your location across Bengaluru. ### Choose Your Style * **Signature High Tea:** The classic experience. This covers a 2.5-hour service window with unlimited specialty tea and barista-style coffee. You get the full setup: fine china, tiered stands, and uniformed staff to manage the flow. Ideal for bridal showers, kitty parties, or small anniversaries. * **Premium Party Box:** If you want the quality without the full service, this is my drop-off option. You get ready-to-serve French-style rigid boxes filled with artisanal pastries and savory sliders. It’s perfect for office celebrations or casual home get-togethers where you want a cleaner, more aesthetic presentation than standard catering. * **European Gourmet Buffet:** For larger gatherings, I offer a full-course menu. This moves beyond tea snacks into heavy appetizers, hot mains like Cottage Cheese Steaks or Grilled Chicken, and premium stoneware crockery. ### Why Partner with Me? My approach is built on small-batch, handmade quality. I don’t use mass-produced fillers. Whether it’s the Tea Trunk blends I use for high tea or the Veen water on the table, every partner is selected to maintain the 'Parisian' standard. Because I manage the logistics myself, I keep the communication direct and the quality consistent. If you have a specific theme or a dietary preference, let's chat about it—I prefer customizing the menu to fit your crowd rather than sticking to a rigid, pre-set list. ## About Zed The Baker I started Zed The Baker to bring a bit of Parisian magic to our city's energy.
