We use high-fat European butter and couverture chocolate to ensure every square is dense, fudgy, and satisfying. If you are picking between the Dulce de Leche swirl or the classic Walnut Fudge, ask us about current availability as these are made in small batches and sell out daily. We believe that a brownie should be an experience, not just a snack. That is why we avoid vegetable fats entirely, sticking to real European butter and couverture chocolate. Our process results in a texture that balances a signature crackly top with a molten, fudgy interior. Our selection changes, but the staples remain. The Cookie Dough brownie is a favorite for those who like texture, while the Chocolate Hazelnut offers a smoother, richer profile. If you are looking for something lighter, our Melting Moments cookies are buttery and crumble the second they touch your tongue. These treats are not just for yourself. We pack our brownies and cookies into rigid, pastel-colored boxes that are perfect for gifting. Whether it is a corporate hamper or a small thoughtful gesture for a friend in Bangalore, we ensure the presentation matches the taste. ## About Zed The Baker We are Zed The Baker.
