I started with a small home kitchen, sleepless nights, and a lot of *mehnat* (hard work) to get my ganache and fondant work just right. Every celebrity cake or media feature you see here is a result of that same persistent practice, not shortcuts or barters. Getting featured on national television or receiving a personal invite from Google India feels surreal, but it reminds me that *sapne sach hote hain* (dreams do come true). My journey started on 5th September 2015, and every cake since then has been a lesson. Whether I am hand-sculpting a figurine for a celebrity or teaching an online masterclass, my approach remains the same: treat it as if I am making it for my own family. I specialize in designer cakes, intricate fondant work, and anti-gravity structures that challenge the status quo. If you look closely at my work, you will see the focus on facial expressions and structural balance, skills I honed over years of trial and error. I am based in Goregaon, Mumbai, and I have dedicated my career to mentoring other bakers who are just starting their own *chhoti si bekeri* (tiny bakery). I don't believe in gatekeeping my craft; I share my failures, my business formulas, and my technical processes because I know exactly how tough it is to turn passion into profit. ## About Yummylicious by Monica I am Monica, and I believe that if you work with pure intention, the universe notices. Over the last decade, I have gone from baking in a tiny home setup to creating showstoppers for national television, and I have loved every step of this growth.
