I personally build every internal structure using food-safe supports and precise weight distribution, ensuring your cake stands tall and defies gravity without compromising on a single bite. Whether it's a character hovering mid-air or a multi-tier structure that seems to float, the secret lies in mastering the hidden foundation before I start with the final decoration. ### The Engineering Behind the Art Anti-gravity cakes are my signature. When you see a cake where the design hangs, floats, or balances precariously, there is a lot of math and mechanics involved. I don't just bake; I construct. My process involves designing a custom armature, calculating center-of-gravity, and ensuring the stability of the structure so it can survive delivery across Mumbai's traffic. ### Why Structure Matters Many people think structural cakes are only for show, but they are fully edible. I use high-quality ganache to create sharp, stable edges that hold up under the weight of fondant and figurines. When you order a structural cake from my Goregaon studio, you get an artistic centerpiece that is as sturdy as it is delicious. ### Designing Your Vision Whether it's a superhero mid-action, a ballerina, or a complex themed project, I hand-sculpt every figurine to capture the personality of your event. If you have an idea, even one that seems impossible to execute, bring it to me. I enjoy the challenge of turning complex concepts into edible reality. ### Planning Your Order Because these cakes require structural preparation and careful assembly, I recommend reaching out well in advance. I bake and assemble everything here in my Goregaon West studio. I deliver across the western suburbs, ensuring your showstopper reaches you in perfect condition. ## About Yummylicious by Monica I started in a small kitchen with simple dreams and a lot of mehnat. Today, I don't just bake cakes; I build edible structures that tell stories. My studio in Goregaon is where the magic happens, and I pour my heart into every figurine and foundation just like I did with my very first order.
