Whether it was the detailed work for Laughter Chefs or the complex fondant figures for Anupamaa, I focus on storytelling through edible art. If you have a high-stakes event coming up, let us chat about how we can make your cake the showstopper of the day. ### How I Handle High-Profile Orders When you see these celebrity cakes, you are seeing the result of ten years of trial, error, and practice. I do not take shortcuts. Every cake for clients like Jitendra Kumar or for shows like Laughter Chefs is crafted with the same dedication I give to a first birthday party in Goregaon. #### My Process for Your Event - **Consultation:** We start by discussing your theme. Whether you have a specific AI-generated image or a rough idea, I use it as a starting point to add my creative touch. - **Technical Build:** For large events, I focus on structural engineering. This includes professional doweling for multi-tier cakes and heavy-duty armatures for anti-gravity designs to ensure they remain stable throughout your event. - **Logistics:** Based in Goregaon West, I deliver across the western suburbs. For massive multi-tier installations, I personally come to the venue to assemble and ensure everything is perfect before your guests arrive. ### Frequently Asked Questions **Do you do eggless cakes?** Yes, absolutely. All my cake designs can be made 100% eggless without compromising on taste or texture. **How much notice do you need?** Celebrity and corporate orders often have tight turnarounds, but for your event, please reach out as early as possible. Custom fondant work and structural cakes require time for the details to dry and set. **Can you do branding for corporate events?** I can integrate logos, specific themes, and brand colors into your cake design, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your corporate identity while still tasting like a premium dessert. ## About Yummylicious by Monica I am Monica, and for the last ten years, my kitchen in Goregaon has been my sanctuary.
