It is a quiet, air-conditioned DDA flat space where we focus on Hatha and Vinyasa flows. I cap groups at 10 people so I can see your form and offer corrections, whether you are just starting or already comfortable with inversions. My studio in Munirka is not about show-off poses or intense workouts that leave you drained. It is a 'work-in' space. I designed this room to be a sanctuary, utilizing props like blocks and straps to make sure every body type, from absolute beginners to intermediate practitioners, can find their flow. ### Why Practice Here? * **Small Batch Sizes:** With a limit of 10 students, I can provide the individual attention you need. If your posture is off or you are struggling with a sequence, I am there to adjust you, not just count reps. * **Accessible Practice:** You do not need to be flexible to start. We focus on breathing techniques (pranayam) and foundational Hatha and Vinyasa movements. We start where you are, not where you think you should be. * **The Environment:** The studio is an air-conditioned DDA flat space. It is clean, uncluttered, and specifically set up to help you quiet your mind. We have shared mats and props, so just bring yourself. Whether you are looking to manage stress, improve your sleep, or deepen your practice, this space in Munirka is open to you. We hold morning and evening batches, so you can fit your practice into your daily routine. Remember, it will never be perfect, but you have to start today. I am here to help you take that first step. 🧘‍♀️ ## About Yujir Yoga I'm Jyoti, and Yujir Yoga is my heart project.
