Since we start early at 6:30 AM with high-intensity fitness drills, bring plenty of water and wear sturdy shoes, not just for the game but for the sprint work we do to warm up. Our basketball training isn't about fancy indoor academies. We use the NTI Ground to build real stamina and fundamentals. We believe basketball is for everyone, regardless of age or experience, so our sessions are strictly co-ed and beginner-friendly. ### How We Train We focus on what actually moves the needle for beginners: cardio, agility, and fundamental mechanics. Every session kicks off with fitness drills to build the stamina required for a full game. We keep our batches small—typically 8 to 12 students—to make sure every player gets individual attention on their dribbling, passing, and layups. ### Why Join Us We are building a community where everyone pushes each other. Whether you are looking for basketball classes in Vidyaranyapura to get fit or to learn the sport from scratch, our morning sessions provide the consistency you need. We provide the equipment, so you just need to bring your passion and energy. ### Practical Details * **Location:** NTI Ground, Vidyaranyapura. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, starting at 6:30 AM. * **Inclusions:** Durable rubber basketballs (Tarmak series) provided. * **Progression:** If you opt for our quarterly package, you get performance tracking for metrics like shooting accuracy and vertical jump, plus eligibility for local inter-club tournament selection. ## About Young Stars Sports Academy We started as a Kho-Kho club but our love for sports pushed us to open our basketball wing.
