We focus heavily on cardio and agility drills to start every session, which means you will be working on your fitness just as much as your dribbling and passing skills. Our approach to basketball is simple: consistency over everything. Because we are a sports academy rooted in Kho-Kho, we bring a specific intensity to our training. You will not just stand in lines waiting for a turn. We structure our morning sessions, typically starting around 6:30 AM, to ensure everyone gets enough court time. We welcome beginners, so do not worry if you have never touched a basketball before. Our coaches focus on fundamental mechanics like dribbling, passing, and layups, balanced with the conditioning drills that keep our athletes match-fit. If you are looking for a serious commitment, our quarterly package is the way to go. It covers three months of training, waives the registration fee, and includes a club jersey. Plus, you get performance tracking on metrics like speed and shooting accuracy, and become eligible for our Young Stars team selection for local inter-club tournaments. We keep our group sizes small, roughly 8 to 12 students, so you are not just another face in the crowd. Whether you are a student or a working professional, our NTI Ground sessions are built to get you moving early. ## About Young Stars Sports Academy We are YSSA—a group that started small and grew into a sports family right here on the ground.
