At Youth Star, we focus on raw, functional strength using tires and stairs, combined with intense pad work. If you are serious about competing and can handle six days a week of disciplined training, this is where you start. We are not a gym. This is an academy. I started this in 2017 to provide serious boxers with the training they need to win state and national medals. When you train here, you get six days of intense activity. We do not skip the basics. We repeat stance, footwork, and movement until it is automatic. Our daily routine is built on dual shifts, giving you access to both morning and evening sessions. We train in the open at Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya, using sledgehammers, battle ropes, and tires to build the kind of explosive power you need in the ring. You will be sparring with competitive peers, not just hitting pads. We take our traditional diet and technique seriously. My students, like Simran and Jasvinder, have proven that dedication beats fancy equipment. We are just getting started, and there is a lot of speed to pick up. If you are ready for the grind, the ring is open. ## About Youth Star Boxing Academy I am Santosh Mourya.
