We rotate our starting XI based on your training consistency, tactical discipline, and how well you execute drills during the week. Whether you are aiming for a spot in our MFA Super Division lineup or looking to build a foundation in our youth batches, we assess every player on grit and attitude, not just raw talent. ### Our Development Pathway We structure our squads to ensure every player gets the right level of challenge. We do not believe in benching talent; we believe in developing it. Our coaching staff, all AIFF certified, focuses on ball mastery and tactical awareness, ensuring that by the time a player reaches our senior teams, they are ready for the pressure of competitive leagues like the BFCL and MFA. ### League Readiness We push our players to compete because that is where the real learning happens. When you see our squads listed, you are seeing players who have put in the hours of training required to represent the Youth Football Academy. From the Borivali Football Championship League to district-level tournaments, we place our teams in environments where they must perform under pressure. ### Commitment Expectations Teamwork tab strong hoti hai (teamwork gets strong), when everyone puts the collective goal above individual ego. We expect total commitment. This means attending training sessions, mastering your position, and supporting your teammates even when we are down. We are one team with one dream, and we only recruit players who are ready to work for that vision. ### Frequently Asked Questions * **How do I join a squad?** We hold regular trials for all age groups. Reach out to us for the next scheduled date. * **Do you offer different training for age groups?** Yes. Our U7-U15 batches focus on fundamental movement and ball control, while our older squads focus on advanced tactics and game-reading skills. * **Can I join if I have never played in a league?** We have separate tracks for beginners and competitive players. We will assess your level and place you in the right training group. ## About Youth Football Academy I'm Kishan Singh, and for us, this academy is about turning young boys into professional players.
