Instead of calling out instructions, try offering encouragement and letting them learn from the game itself. We believe that when parents and coaches stay on the same page, the child learns much faster and keeps their passion for the sport alive. At Young Dynamos Football Academy, we see football as a shared journey. Our 'Uthna Hai' spirit applies to parents as well as players. It means recognizing that every match has its ups and downs. If your child has a tough day on the pitch, the goal is to help them get back up rather than dwelling on the loss. We maintain an open channel between coaches and families, hosting regular meetups to discuss your child's progress, fitness, and any challenges they face. Whether you are based in Noida, Greater Noida, or elsewhere in the NCR, we want our training grounds to be a place where you feel welcome and informed. We suggest keeping expectations realistic, focusing on skill acquisition rather than just winning. Remember, a top save or a clean pass is as valuable as a goal. By communicating with our AIFF licensed coaches, you can better understand the technical drills your child is working on, from fast feet to tactical formations. This partnership between the academy and the family is what builds real champions, not just on the field but in life. Shabash bachhon (well done, kids) is something we say to the players, but we value the quiet, consistent support of the parents just as much. ## About Young Dynamos Football Academy We are Young Dynamos Football Academy, or YDFA.
