This is a quick ink drawing I did of an orchestra, capturing the entire band on stage. Unlike a photo booth that guests just walk past, my sketching station invites them to sit down for a quick chat while I capture their portrait, leaving them with a 'yaadgaar cheez' (memorable thing) that is genuinely personal, not just a generic printout. Whether it is a bustling wedding, a quiet baby shower, or a corporate get-together, I bring my sketchbook to capture the energy of your day. My style is not about stiff, photo-perfect poses, but about personality, expression, and the tiny details that tell a real story. I offer two main ways to include art at your event: 1. Live Guest Portraits: I set up a small station and create quick watercolor or ink sketches of your guests. It is interactive, fun, and gives your attendees a chance to relax and watch the process. Most people really enjoy the 10-12 minute sitting time. 2. Event Scene Illustrations: I wander through the venue sketching the atmosphere, such as the band, the mandap, or people mingling, to document the 'feel' of your day in my sketchbook. My work is all about that old-school charm. I use professional-grade paints and high-quality paper, ensuring that the sketches hold up as keepsakes long after the last guest leaves. Everything is hand-drawn on the spot, so no two sketches look exactly alike. If you are planning a celebration in Mumbai, let us chat about how we can add some 'mazza' (fun) and creativity to it. From the initial inquiry to the final brushstroke, I make the process simple and stress-free, so you can focus on enjoying your big day. ## About Divya Bhatia I am Divya, an artist who finds inspiration in Mumbai's everyday moments.
