We give kids branded mugs and small rewards when they hit a milestone in class, which keeps them excited to come back and builds real confidence. Whether it is nailing a tough yoga pose or finishing an art project, we make sure they feel like they achieved something special. It is not about being the best in the class, it is about showing up and having a good time. Parents often tell me they struggle to get kids off screens. Here, they are busy sketching anime, learning abacus, or moving to Bollywood tracks with friends. The studio is fully kitted with wooden floors, mirrors, and AC, so it is a comfortable spot to play and learn. I keep batches small—8 to 15 kids for fitness, 3 to 6 for music or abacus—so every child actually gets personal attention from the instructors. If your child needs a place to burn energy, make friends, and learn new skills without the pressure of a competition, bring them over. We celebrate every effort, and I always make sure to say 'Bahut acche!' when they give their best. Whether it is a creative workshop or a dance fusion session, the goal is simple: a healthy body and a happy mind. ## About Yog Mantra I started Yog Mantra because I believe healthy habits should be fun, not a chore. My team and I focus on keeping things energetic so kids look forward to their next session instead of dreading it.
