We use Zoom or Google Meet to watch your practice in real-time, providing the same verbal alignment corrections that students in our Delhi studio receive, ensuring your posture remains safe and effective regardless of your location. ### Your Personal Practice, Anywhere Yoga is an 'andar ki journey' (inner journey), and geography should not be a barrier.
