This was from our special Mother's Day session, where families discovered the joy and sense of accomplishment that comes from trying something new together.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/2b62993f-d645-44d4-a4c8-432f40861d27) ## About Hear From Our Community A parent once told me their daughter was scared of inversions initially, but after seeing other kids succeed, she finally did it herself. It is this change in mindset, from I cannot to I did, that happens in my studio when children see their peers enjoying the process. When you watch the kids in my studio, you notice something beyond just physical flexibility. Whether it is a student like Abhi who initially struggled with screen time fatigue or a mother trying inversions for the first time on Mother's Day, the atmosphere is electric. We do not just teach asanas; we build a space where students support each other. Many parents ask if aerial yoga is safe. We use load tested hammocks, industrial grade ceiling anchors, and constant instructor spotting. It is a controlled environment designed for spine decompression, which is crucial for kids carrying heavy school bags, and strengthening the core. You do not need prior experience. Whether your child is struggling with posture or just needs an outlet after hours of study, these classes are about progress. We keep our groups small so every child gets personal attention. It is a place where you will see your child’s posture improve and their screen time drop, replaced by genuine excitement for movement. This is an investment in their health, not just another hobby class. ## About Yogiks Yoga I’m Madhulika, a former CA who turned to yoga to find balance. Here in Paschim Vihar, I’ve built a space that feels less like a studio and more like a family where we focus on real strength over perfection.
