I want to get people off their phones and into the moment. I keep my sets flexible, so if the crowd is feeling high-energy or needs a calm icebreaker, I adapt the tricks right then and there to match the room's vibe. Magic is not just about the big stage illusions that you see in movies. A lot of the real magic happens in the moments between the highlights—when I am walking around during a cocktail hour, pulling a coin from behind someone's ear, or predicting a number while someone is waiting at the buffet line. ### How I Adapt to Your Crowd I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all show. If I am performing at a kids' birthday party, the focus is on visual comedy and pranks that get them laughing. For a corporate mixer or a sangeet, I pivot to mentalism, smartphone tech magic, and cardistry that gets the adults guessing. ### Why Walk-Around Magic Works This style of performance is perfect for events where guests are mingling. It breaks the ice instantly. Instead of me standing on a podium, I become part of the crowd. This is effective for: * **Wedding Receptions:** Keeping guests entertained during the transition between the ceremony and dinner. * **Corporate Mixers:** Giving employees something to talk about while they wait for the awards to start. * **Small Gatherings:** Creating an intimate, personal experience where guests are close enough to see that there are no camera tricks. Everything you see in these photos comes from my 17 years of experience. Whether it is a small birthday bash or a high-profile celebrity event, I bring the same energy. If you have a specific idea in mind or want to know if I can perform at your venue, let's talk. ## About Yogesh Sonawane Magic isn’t just a job for me, it is 17 years of obsession with making people laugh and wonder.
