My shala in Gokulam runs a rolling calendar of 21-day teacher trainings, 10-day intensives, and weekend workshops throughout the year. If you are planning a trip to Mysore, take a look at the upcoming schedule below and consider how much time you can truly commit to your mat. The intensives require full presence, so ensure your travel dates leave you space to arrive a day early and settle into the routine. ### Planning Your Training Journey Yoga is a journey of consistency, and my training schedule is designed to support that. Whether you are aiming for a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour teacher training or simply looking to deepen your personal practice with a sound healing or yoga therapy workshop, the key is preparation. **Common Paths: - 200-Hour Teacher Training (TTC):** These are 21-day immersive residential programs. They cover Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar techniques, along with anatomy and teaching methodology. These sessions fill up fastest. - **Vocational Workshops:** From 3-day sound healing to 10-day integrative yoga massage, these are designed to give you specific, usable skills for your own sessions. - **Specialized Immersives:** If you are interested in aerial, chair, or wheel yoga, look for the specialized teacher training dates listed in the monthly cycles. ### Before You Book All courses at the shala begin early, usually at 6:00 AM, focusing on chanting, pranayama, and practice. If you are joining a residential course, accommodation is provided in twin-sharing rooms with Sattvic meals included. For non-residential workshops, please arrange your own stay in the Gokulam area. My goal is to meet you where you are. If you see a course that resonates but are unsure if it fits your current level, send me a message. We can discuss your goals, your experience, and ensure you land in the right batch. ## About Yoga with Srinatha I teach from the heart of Mysore, where tradition meets modern needs.
