The flow changed with the room each time. #### Yoga Day events International Yoga Day is when many offices and schools plan a session. I have led Yoga Day for the Yaskawa Bangalore team in 2025 and 2026, for Vibgyor High School in Marathahalli in 2025, and a community class at Volt Fitness Club in 2024. #### What a large session looks like In the Yaskawa videos, the team moves through standing stretches, forward folds, floor work and seated twists while I lead from a stage so everyone can see. #### Kids and families The school session brought parents and teachers onto the mats with students. Younger kids in my classes work on balance and partner poses. A group yoga session like this suits HR teams and school coordinators planning a Yoga Day event in Bengaluru. ## About Rishu A Yoga Day session with a big room moving together has its own energy. Every group I have led has been different.
