The session moved through standing stretches, forward folds, floor work and seated twists that the whole team could follow, in uniform. A short office yoga session like this suits teams who sit at desks most of the day. ### Yoga for schools and kids At Vibgyor High School, Marathahalli, I led a Yoga Day session with students, parents, teachers and the Principal together. It was also my tenth year of teaching yoga. People always ask me how I'm so active and chirpy all the time. Honestly, yoga is the secret of my life. Off the mat I'm a mountain girl who loves trekking, and I travel with my parents whenever I can.
