We focus heavily on hands-on adjustments and the subtle art of teaching, which is why our batch sizes at the Chattarpur studio are kept intentionally small. You will be practicing adjustments, learning to observe body alignment, and finding the courage to guide others, all while supported by a lineage that values healing and presence above aesthetic perfection. Our Teacher Training Course (TTC) is designed for those who feel the pull to move beyond just practicing yoga to actually understanding it. We cover a broad spectrum of yogic knowledge, from Hatha and Vinyasa Flow to the introspective stillness of Yoga Nidra. **The Curriculum** We break down everything you need to become a confident guide. This includes: * **Asana & Anatomy:** Learning the mechanics of movement so you can correct students safely. * **Yogic Philosophy:** Exploring the ancient texts and how they apply to modern life, so you don't just teach poses, you share wisdom. * **Teaching Methodology:** We spend time on voice, presence, and how to hold space for others, especially those dealing with stress or injury. * **Pranayama & Meditation:** The foundation of all we do. You will learn how to guide breathwork that actually shifts energy. **Why Train With Us?** I lead these trainings alongside Arjun Sir, and we believe in keeping the group intimate. This allows us to focus on your individual growth. You aren't just a number here.
