We teach you the science of frequency vibration and how specific sound waves interact with the parasympathetic nervous system. You will learn the exact placement of Tibetan bowls for client therapy, ensuring you handle energy work with anatomical precision and safety. Sound healing is not just about creating a relaxing atmosphere. It is a precise discipline. During our training, we use the Sargam (musical scale) to connect specific notes to the body's seven chakras, from the base of the Muladhara to the Sahasrara. You will master the use of traditional instruments—Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes—to create therapeutic soundscapes. ### What You Will Master: * **Frequency Therapy:** Learn how vibrations travel through the physical body to promote cellular healing and nervous system regulation. * **Chakra Activation:** Understand the relationship between sound frequencies and energy centers to address specific imbalances. * **Therapeutic Application:** We train you to work with real cases, using sound as a tool for managing stress, anxiety, and physical discomfort. * **Fusion Practice:** Explore how to integrate sound healing with other modalities like Yoga Nidra, meditation, and even aerial yoga for a comprehensive healing experience. Our approach is grounded in discipline and safety. Whether you are an existing yoga teacher looking to expand your toolkit or a beginner seeking a new path, this course provides the technical expertise and the spiritual foundation to facilitate healing with integrity. ## About Yogatute Health We are Yogatute, and for us, yoga is anushasan (discipline).
