You will complete a 100-hour in-house internship where you teach live classes and handle real therapy cases, ensuring you understand how to use props like rope walls and belts to correct alignment safely. ### The Deeksha Approach to Teaching At Yogatute, we view teacher training as 'Deeksha'—an initiation into a life of discipline. We do not just teach poses; we teach the science of the human body and the philosophy of the ancient texts. Our curriculum bridges the gap between modern anatomical understanding—focusing on the parasympathetic nervous system and spinal traction—and the traditional wisdom of Hatha Yoga. ### Studio and Infrastructure Located in Chamarajpet, our studio is a dedicated sanctuary for serious practice. We are fully equipped with specialized props for the Iyengar tradition, including: * **Rope Walls (Kurunta):** Essential for deep spinal adjustments and therapeutic traction. * **Wooden Blocks, Belts, and Chairs:** Tools that allow students of all levels to achieve safe, correct alignment without risking injury. ### Curriculum Highlights Whether you choose our 200-hour, 300-hour, or 500-hour program, you will undergo rigorous training in: * **Anatomy & Physiology:** Understanding how asanas affect the skeletal and muscular systems. * **Yoga Therapy:** Using asanas to manage conditions like cervical spondylosis, sciatica, PCOD, and diabetes. * **Cleansing Kriyas:** Traditional practices like Jal Neti and Trataka to purify the body and mind. ### Certification and Internship Our certification is internationally recognized, affiliated with JGI and IYO, and valid for RYT-200 registration.
