I work with you to understand your specific physical or mental roadblocks, whether that's chronic back pain, high-stress levels, or simply the need to correct your posture. We meet at my studio in CBD Belapur or I can travel to you, ensuring the environment is entirely conducive to your specific journey. ### Why Choose Private Sessions? Group classes are great for collective energy, but some needs require silence, time, and focus. This is vital for practices like *Nadi Shuddhi* or *Yoga Namaskar*, where subtle adjustments make all the difference in how the energy moves. * **Flexibility:** Unlike our fixed workshops, these sessions are scheduled based on your availability, not mine. ### My Approach to Transformation I am not here to just guide you through an hour of exercise. I am here to help you integrate these tools into your life. Whether we are working on chronic issues or simply seeking higher energy levels, the process is rooted in the classical Isha Hatha Yoga systems. We focus on technique and integrity so that once the session ends, you have a practice you can actually do on your own. My studio in CBD Belapur offers a consecrated, quiet space perfect for deep work, but I am also available for home visits within the Mumbai Metropolitan Area if that supports your practice better.
