This isn't just a class, but a formal initiation where I personally guide you through every step of the process. I ensure you are comfortable with the technique, so you can continue the practice accurately at home with confidence. ### Understanding the Five Elements Bhuta Shuddhi is the most fundamental process in the yogic system. It is designed to cleanse the five elements within your body—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. When these elements are in harmony, the body stays healthy, and the mind becomes steady. It is the foundation for enhancing your perception and gaining mastery over your system. ### What Happens in the Initiation This is a single, intensive session lasting about 1.5 hours. I focus on ensuring that you learn the process precisely as it has been taught in the Isha system. You do not need any prior experience in yoga or spirituality to attend. All that is required is the willingness to learn and the openness to explore a different way of functioning. ### Why the Copper Kit? Part of the initiation is receiving a consecrated copper kit. Copper has specific properties that help in the purification process, which is why we use these traditional tools. Everything you need for the first three months is included in the session fee, so you can start your daily sadhana the very next morning without needing to source anything else. ### Ongoing Support Once the workshop concludes, my role is to ensure your practice stays effective. Whether you need a small correction in your posture or guidance on sourcing refills for your materials, I am here to help. Graduates of this program receive lifetime support, including the option for practice correction sessions to ensure you remain on track with your elemental cleansing routine. ## About Yogam I am Madhavi, and my work is a direct expression of the grace I have found on this path.
