Toh chhodiye woh galat soch (leave that old thinking). In our small-batch sessions at Defence Colony, we use Iyengar-inspired wall ropes and blocks so you learn to assist students safely, not just perform complex poses. It is about how you teach, not how perfect your pose is. Whether you are looking to turn your passion into a career or simply want to deepen your personal practice, our Yoga Teacher Training (YTTC) is designed to give you a complete, practical foundation. We move beyond just physical asanas to look at the 'why' and 'how' of movement. ### What You Will Learn Our curriculum is rigorous but accessible. We cover: - **Foundational & Advanced Styles:** Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Vinyasa Flow. - **Therapeutic & Specialist Modules:** Aerial Yoga with hammocks and Iyengar-style alignment using wall ropes, belts, and chairs. - **Theory & Philosophy:** Anatomy and physiology to keep your future students safe, combined with Vedic philosophy and the Patanjali Yoga Sutras. - **Teaching Methodology:** How to design a class, manage a room, and provide hands-on adjustments. ### The 'Yoga Fettle Journey' Difference This isn't a factory-style course. We keep our batch sizes small—typically 8 to 12 students—to ensure you get personalized attention. We believe in building a family, not just handing out certificates. From our traditional Vedic Hawan (fire ceremony) on graduation day to our 6-month internship option at the studio, we support you through the transition from student to teacher. ### Certification & Placement We offer Yoga Alliance USA accredited courses at the 200, 300, and 500-hour levels. If you are serious about teaching in Delhi NCR, we provide guidance for finding opportunities and practical teaching experience within our studio ecosystem. Yog se hi hoga. ## About Yoga Fettle Journey Namaste, I’m Amanpreet. I left my banking career to start Yoga Fettle Journey because I saw how yoga heals, and I want to help you share that same gift. We are not about showy poses—we are about building a community of teachers who truly understand the body and the mind.
