You will learn to handle real-world injuries, use props for accessibility, and sequence flows that actually make sense for a varied group of students. Most of our trainees walk in as enthusiasts and walk out feeling ready to lead a class, because we focus on hands-on adjustments and practical teaching experience right from day one. Our teacher training is not about being a human noodle. It is about where you start. Whether you are a total beginner or a regular practitioner, our Yoga Alliance USA accredited program is designed to build your foundation, your philosophy, and your career. ### What You Will Master We go deep into multi-style training. You will cover: - **Hatha & Vinyasa:** The building blocks of flow. - **Ashtanga:** Discipline and structure. - **Aerial Yoga:** Decompressing the spine and adding fun to your practice. - **Iyengar Techniques:** Using props like wall ropes, chairs, and bricks to ensure safe alignment for every body type. - **Yoga Therapy & Anatomy:** We spend time on disease management—PCOD, thyroid, back pain—so you know how to teach safely, not just show off poses. ### Why Train With Us? Beyond the mats, we focus on the 'business of yoga'. How do you set up a studio? How do you brand yourself? How do you manage clients? These are real-world skills we cover in our 500-hour master bundles. We keep our batches small (typically 8 to 12 students). This means you get personal attention during adjustments and lead-teaching practice. We also include traditional elements like Vedic Hawan and chanting because yoga is a spiritual science, not just a workout. ### Flexibility & Support We understand that life is busy. Our courses in Defence Colony, Delhi, offer full-day batches from Monday to Friday, and we provide both offline and online learning options. After certification, you are not on your own—we offer internship opportunities at our studio and guidance for finding teaching placements across the city. *Yahan se shuru karo* (Start from here). If you are ready to stop just practicing and start understanding, we are ready to guide you. ## About Yoga Fettle Journey I’m Amanpreet.
