You will find that practicing alongside people from different walks of life deepens your understanding of the teachings, turning the yoga mat into a place of shared silence and learning. When I founded Spiritual Yoga Ashram, my goal was to bridge the gap between traditional Indian yoga practices and the modern seeker. Our retreats in Rishikesh and the Himalayan foothills serve as this bridge. You are not just coming for asanas. You are coming for satsang, deep meditation, and the simple act of living in harmony with nature. Our community is diverse, and that is by design. When you sit in a meditation circle or hike through pine forests with students from different countries, you realize the universality of the breath. We prioritize this connection. Whether we are visiting Jageshwar Dham or practicing Hatha on a terrace overlooking the mountains, the focus remains on personal growth within a group setting. If you have been searching for a space to reset, connect with like-minded people, and dive into the ancient wisdom of the Himalayas, this is the environment I have created for you. We keep our groups intimate to ensure that I can provide individual guidance on alignment and practice, allowing every student to take home more than just memories but a real shift in their daily perspective. ## About Spiritual Yoga Ashram I am Yogacharya Saurabh Kumar.
