We balance intensive indoor sessions, like Tratak (candle gazing) and detailed anatomy study, with outdoor asana practice in the mountains to help you ground your learning. Whether you are in Noida looking for a structured certification or you want to immerse yourself in our Himalayan retreat format, we focus on the pillars of traditional Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. ### What The Curriculum Covers * **Asana & Alignment:** Over 100 asanas with specific focus on biomechanics, injury prevention, and adjustments. * **Pranayama & Meditation:** Deep work on breath control and inner stillness, including practices like Tratak which we integrate to build focus. * **Philosophy & Anatomy:** We strip away modern trends to look at the yoga sutras and basic human anatomy, ensuring you understand why a pose works and when to modify it for a student. * **Shatkarma:** Instruction in traditional cleansing techniques (like Neti), which we teach as part of a complete yogic lifestyle. ### Why Train With Us?
