Instead, we emphasize steady progress, as seen in the journey of our students who transitioned from complete beginners to teaching their own classes. ### Retreats in the Himalayas When we take our practice to the mountains of Kedarnath and Jageshwar, the purpose is a practical reset. These retreats are designed to help you disconnect from the noise of NCR life and reconnect with prana (life force).
