## About Specialized Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy with me is about real solutions for real problems. You won’t find fancy poses or spiritual jargon here – just honest, practical help to stretch, breathe, and get through life’s tough spots.

### What Makes My Approach Different

- I believe most body issues start in the mind. So, we go beyond surface-level fixes and look for what’s actually causing your pain or stress.
- My sessions support whatever medical treatment you’re on, not replace it. It’s about feeling better overall, not chasing miracle cures.

### How We Work Together

- I get to know your story first. It’s not just about symptoms.
- We use a mix of modern health checks and old-school yogic methods to figure out your unique prakriti (constitution).
- I’ll check your doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and spot any imbalances.
- From there, you get a personalized yoga healing plan. No copy-paste routines – it’s made for your mind, body, and lifestyle.

### Who Should Try This

If you have chronic pain, hormonal issues like PCOD or thyroid, stress, digestive troubles, high BP, or women’s health problems, this might help. My focus is on helping you manage, not promising magic.

### Tools We Use

- Simple and stable asana (postures) – even Chair Yoga for those who need it.
- Breathwork for anxiety relief and calming the mind.
- Tips on sattvik ahaar (pure and balancing diet) and everyday habits.
- Meditation and relaxation like Yoga Nidra to get your nervous system back on track.

### The Goal

I want you to become your own guide. With practice, you’ll know what works for your body and mind. My job is to get you there, not keep you hooked.

Sessions are always 1:1. Online or in-person in Mumbai.

## Meet your expert

[Kriti](https://mytribe.in/yogabykriti)

### My story

Hari Om, I’m Kriti. I quit my job to teach yoga, and trust me, the first couple years were rough – two students, living on savings, counting every rupee. But it taught me how little I need to be happy. Yoga isn’t just poses for me; it’s how I live, how I deal with chaos, set boundaries, and keep learning. Off the mat, you’ll probably find me on my bike – road therapy is my thing. Facing Ladakh’s wild roads, that’s another kind of meditation. It’s all about staying present and finding peace.

### My work

- **My Yoga Services**: I teach online group classes, 1:1 coaching, yoga therapy for anxiety, weight loss, and pre & post natal yoga.
- **Yoga Without Fancy Stuff**: No chasing crazy poses here. I focus on practical yoga classes that help you stretch, breathe, and stay sane.
- **Mind & Body Connection**: Sessions mix yoga with Ayurveda. We balance doshas and chat about the Yoga Sutras, not just asanas.
- **Yoga for All**: Beginner, stiff, or recovering? Chair yoga for elderly and variations for everyone. Bhogi, rogi, yogi – all welcome.
- **Safety First**: Don’t push past your limit. Healing, not hurting – that’s my mantra.
- **Holistic Wellness**: Weight loss and wellness come from daily habits – food, sleep, self-talk. It’s about feeling good, not just looking good.
