For me, Yoga Bimba has always been about more than individual practice. It started in 2013 in a tiny shala with just three students, and seeing it grow into the tribe we have today is my greatest joy. These community celebrations are the milestones that define our journey of Abyasa, Arogya, and Ananda—practice, health, and happiness. We organize these events to bring our community together, whether it is for an anniversary, a festival, or a wellness workshop. At our gatherings, you will often find: * **Lifestyle Medicine Talks:** I frequently invite doctors and wellness professionals to break down complex topics like PCOS, thyroid health, and diabetes in simple terms. * **Artistic Yoga Performances:** We celebrate the strength and creativity of our students through choreographed yoga routines and dance that showcase the fun, expressive side of our practice. * **Shared Wisdom:** We honor our roots with traditional ceremonies like lamp lighting, alongside open Q&A sessions where you can learn directly from experts and experienced practitioners.
