Whether we are attempting a tricky pose, sharing a laugh after class, or just grabbing tea together, the playful side of our practice is exactly what keeps us coming back every single day. While discipline is a cornerstone of our practice, we believe that yoga should never feel like a chore. The moments captured here reflect the spirit of our women-only yoga batches, where the goal is to show up and be yourself without judgment. ### Why Play Matters in Our Practice When we laugh or share a lighthearted moment during a session, we lower our cortisol levels just as much as we do through breathing. In our Nagarbhavi studio, we create a space where you can be messy, make mistakes, and find joy in the process. It is about balancing the serious work of asanas with a sense of ease. ### Building Your Yoga Community Yoga Bimba is not just a place to exercise. It is a support system for women across Bengaluru. We take our yoga seriously, but we never take ourselves too seriously, especially in our women-only batches where the mood is always light and supportive.
