We’re Yoga Bimba, started by me, Nayana, in a tiny shala with just three folks back in 2013. Now, it’s a wild mix - sunrise treks, festival celebrations, and even marathons. My guru Sri Bharath Shetty’s words still guide us. Some students turned teachers here, so it’s become a real tribe. Our mantra is simple: Abyasa, Arogya, Ananda. You show up, you practice, you find your health and bliss. That’s how we roll. ### My work - **Yoga Classes & Workshops**: We teach Hatha Yoga, with special focus on pre-natal yoga Bengaluru, post-natal, and yoga for PCOS support. - **For All Ages & Levels**: Kids jumping, folks over 50 starting fresh, everyone’s welcome.
