My studio is more than just a workout room; it is a community-built sanctuary designed to help you reset and find your wings. ## Photos and videos - [Video: This studio is my dream come true. I have intentionally capped my batch sizes at 8-10 students, so you get actual, hands-on guidance for your hammock grip or inversions without ever feeling crowded or rushed. This space did not appear overnight. It grew from a simple dream on an empty rooftop into the sanctuary you see today. I wanted to build a place where you do not just exercise, but actually reset. Whether you are hanging in a hammock for spine decompression or settling in for a sound bath, the environment is key. I have ensured the studio is equipped with professional, 500kg-rated nylon tricot hammocks and industrial ceiling anchors, so you can focus on your practice rather than worrying about your safety. It is a space where we value progress over perfection. Some days are for high-energy Aerial Garba, and others are for quiet cocoon meditation. My goal is that you leave feeling lighter than when you arrived. This is our community, our 'yoga gang,' and you are welcome here regardless of your experience level. We hold the space for you to laugh through the scary poses and celebrate the small wins. ## About Yog by Nikita I am Nikita, and I built this studio because I believe every body is a yoga body. Whether you are here for a deep aerial flow, a sound bath, or just to find a little shanti (peace), I am here to support your journey.
