They represent hours of hands-on practice, ensuring you step out ready to work in top-tier salons the moment you finish your course. We bridge the gap between learning and earning, focusing on the specific techniques that employers in Bengaluru and beyond actually look for. Since 2008, our mission has been to provide market-relevant skills that transform aspirants into professionals. We understand that a certification is only as good as the career it unlocks, which is why our curriculum is built on industry feedback and practical requirements. ### Why Our Certification Matters In an industry saturated with short-term hobby classes, our programs stand out because they are validated by global bodies like CIBTAC and CIDESCO. When you graduate from YLG Institut, you aren't just holding a certificate; you are holding proof of international competency. This is why our alumni are working in leading brands like Lakmé, VLCC, and various professional salons. ### The Path to Employability Our training model is intensive and hands-on. You will work on real faces, manage real skin types, and handle complex bridal or editorial requests under supervision. By the time you complete your diploma—whether it is our 1-month Career Launcher or the 2.5-month Advanced Professional Diploma—you will have built a portfolio that you can show during job interviews. ### Career Support We do not stop at training. We actively assist with placement, leveraging our network of salons and partners to help you land your first role. Whether you want to work in a high-end salon, start your own freelance makeup business, or work backstage at fashion events, we provide the foundation you need to succeed. ## About YLG Institut We’ve been turning students into beauty professionals since 2008. Our focus is simple: teach you the exact skills salons need right now, so you can walk out of our doors and into your first job.
